Google（谷歌）全球副总裁大中华区总裁李开复博士今天做客CNET时表示，成功的跨国公司需要三个条件。
李开复表示，根据我个人的经验，第一要有长远的眼光和耐心，第二要有本土的团队，并对本土的需要有很深的理解，然后把这个理解做成有潜力的本土产品。
李开复认为第二个条件是放权，太多跨国公司希望从总部遥控海外分支，但遥控是没有效率的网站优化服务，外国人对本土的需求也没有那么多，最重要就是放权，要找到一个值得信任的人和管理团队。
最后一个条件，李开复透露互连网这个行业在每个国家的方式都有很大的不同，一定要花时间去谦虚的学习和理解。

The last one, Kai-fu Lee said the Internet industry in the way each country is very different and they take the time to learn humility and understanding.
